In this role, you’ll be focused on marketing communications for Leader Lab and the rich suite of products the team owns that touch the very best and brightest in the industry. You’ll love showing off your creative prowess every day and measuring the performance of your visual and verbal storytelling to drive optimal engagement with our internal audiences.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • Collaborate with product owners and marketing strategist to build creative that tells the story of our brand and products, and communicates value in a way that inspires action!
  • Measure the performance of your creative using the latest marketing automation platforms
  • Manage multiple campaigns to deliver maximum stakeholder value against predetermined KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for messaging and creative adjustment throughout campaign lifecycle according to best practice
  • Conduct Test & Learn analysis and optimize tactics and campaigns to meet or exceed brand/business expectations
  • Ensure creative and comms have clear alignment to company priorities and culture
  • Create briefs/talking points for our partners in Corporate Communications and leadership
  • Engage up front with product owners across the team to ensure communications are key milestones on their initiatives
  • Partner with product leads to create monthly communications plans, and update weekly, sharing with leadership the latest drafts and performance metrics

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Team player attitude: Being open to feedback and able to make adjustments to materials quickly and accurately.

  • Performance mindset: Understanding complex analytics and being able to synthesize insights to communicate with product teams.
  • Agility: Developing communications, decks, briefs, agendas, outlines and other materials on deadline.
  • Your personality: Bringing your unique perspective and personal brand to the team and projects. This role has a broad view of the organization and company that others may never see, so make sure you plan to leave your mark.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years experience in communications and marketing
  • Agency experience highly preferred; client-side experience also considered
  • Marketing automation platform expertise, including Oracle Eloqua
  • Adobe Creative Suite expertise
  • Microsoft Office Suite expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study highly preferred, but not required
